Q: What are infinity roses?
A: Infinity roses are real, fresh roses that are preserved to last for years, rather than days! They require no water or sunlight, just the occasional dusting to maintain them in perfect condition and look so natural that they cannot be distinguished from fresh roses. Our preservation process preserves the natural texture, softness, shine and colour of a fresh rose so you can enjoy them for years to come.
Q: How long do infinity roses last?
A: We can guarantee that your infinity roses will maintain their beautiful original look for at least 1 year. If properly maintained, our roses can last up to 3 years.
Q: How do I care for my infinity roses?
A: To get the best out of your infinity roses we suggest you follow the following care routine:
- Occasionally use a soft brush to get rid of any dust.
- Do not wash your roses or use any water-based products on them.
- Keep your preserved roses in their original box.
- Avoid any exposure to direct sunlight.
- Keep at room temperature.
- Avoid frequently touching your preserved roses.
Q: Can my roses go outside?
A: No. Our preserved roses intended for decorative indoor purposes only and unsuitable for display outside.
Q: Can I take the roses out of the box?
A: Hatboxes, Rose domes and Acrylics Boxes - No. We have carefully placed each rose with precision to ensure your roses maintain their best appearance and ensure longevity. Taking the roses out of their boxes will damage them and ruin the arrangement. Stemmed roses – Yes. They can be kept looking beautiful in their original boxes or can be displayed in a vase.
Q: Are the roses toxic or harmful?
A: Not at all! They are completely natural and have no harmful chemicals.
Q: What would happen if I kept my roses in direct sunlight?
A: The colour of your roses will fade.
Q: How do I redeem a Gift Card?
A: Simply enter the code on the gift card at the checkout.
You can use it as part payment on items of a higher value or you can use it to purchase items that are lower than the face value and receive a further Gift Card equal to the remaining amount for future use. Please note that Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against any delivery cost. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No, However, if your roses are damaged, then please take a photo and email us right away.
Q: What If I recieve the wrong product?
A: In the event of this occurring, please get in touch with our customer service team.
Q: Does my order come with a message card?
A: Yes. All products within collections are delivered with a complimentary, personalised printed message card.
Please type the message you would like on the card in the gift message area on the product page. or leave the card blank if you would prefer to write your own message.
Q: Do you offer next day delivery?
A: Yes we do, simply place your order before 12pm for next day delivery! Please see all of our delivery options.
Q: Can I collect my order?
A: No, we only take online orders, and we will deliver right to your door!
Q: How long does delivery take?

Q: Do they have a scent?
Yes, your roses will arrive with a beautiful rose fragrance.
Q: Will my order look like the photos on the website?
A: We do everything possible to ensure that any roses you receive from us will be as shown on our website but please do bear in mind that they are a natural product, so may have minor tears/cracks etc on arrival (we feel this adds to their character and natural beauty though…).
The actual rose colours may vary slightly. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the product in as life-like a manner as possible, but kindly understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
Q: What happens after their ‘time’? Do they die?
A: The longevity of our preserved roses really depends on how they are cared for, so it’s very possible your roses will last beyond the expected life span by following the aftercare advice on the card supplied. Preserved roses don’t ‘die’, however you may eventually notice slight discolouration, signs of drying, minor cracking etc.
Q: What colours do you have?
A: Our products are availble in a wide variety of colours including Metallic, Satin and Rainbow finishes. Please refer to the colour selector(s) on the product page for more details of the colours available for the product you are browsing.
