All orders are delivered by Standard delivery. Please note that we do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays or Sundays. Please note, we will not be held responsible for unavoidable interuptions to service , ie blocked/closed roads, traffic accidents, broken down delivery vehicles. Please note, our couriers unfortunately do not deliver on a Saturday to the following postcodes , CA21, CA23, LA17, LA18, LA19.
Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address. Due to strict shipping schedules we are unable to guarantee address amendments can or will be actioned. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to an address which has been incorrectly entered by the purchaser. We do not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO.
If your order is already being processed or has has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. We will inform the couriers of the error and in the event that the consignment is returned to us we will contact you regarding the available options. It is your responsibility to inform the courier if you want your parcel left safe if you are not going to be home on the day APC email you to say the parcel is out for delivery.
